The article proposes a new type of metamaterial cells (metacells) based on double Moebius strip. In this research, several design options have been considered which applied the variation and parameters. For their analysis, Numerical modeling methods in Ansys EM Suite program were used due to complexity describing interaction non-Euclidean geometry with radio waves. Evaluation comparison proposed metacells held following characteristics: electric permittivity magnetic permeability as function frequency. Results researches demonstrated possibility realization negative (DNG) mode strip width, its thickness, interstrip gap, well radius cylinder within cell may be enabled, mechanical parameters metacells. It is essential that 10-fold more increase dimensions would required for obtainment same possibilities classical split ring resonator (SRR).
